  10. Tic32 is a Windows Screen Saver designed for Windows 95 and
  11. Windows NT. It seems not to be obvious what the moving blocks
  12. are for. So, take it as a riddle to find out. If you guess what
  13. it is, it may be useful.

  15. If you want to run Tic under Windows 3.1+ or WFW 3.x please look
  16. for the separate 16 bit version (tic.zip).

  19.           FILE_ID.DIZ          short description
  20.           LICENSE.TXT          licensing terms
  21.           README.TXT           this file
  22.           REGISTER.TXT         registration form
  23.           TIC32.SCR            the screen saver module

  35. ---------------

  38.         Copy the file TIC32.SCR to your windows system directory
  39.         e.g. "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM"  (Windows 95)
  40.         or   "c:\winnt\system32" (Windows NT)
  41.  
  42. Step 2:
  43.         Start "Control panel" 
  44.  
  45. Step 3:
  46.         Start "Display" (Windows 95) 
  47.         or Start "Desktop" (Windows NT)
  48.  
  49. Step 4:
  50.         Change the Screen Saver to "Tic32"
  51.  
  52. Step 5:
  53.         Play with "Settings.." and "Previev" (Windows 95)
  54.         Play with "Setup.." and "Test" (Windows NT)
  55.  
  56. Step 6:
  57.         Have fun !

  60. 3. Short Introduction

  63. Tic32 is a Screen Saver for Windows (win32 executable).
  64.  
  65. There are a lot of possible settings to adjust the display. Most 
  66. of them deal with the form, speed, color, size and distance of the
  67. moving blocks. 
  68.  
  69. "Fine tuning" does not just change the display, but may correct
  70. systematic deviations of the system component related to the riddle.
  71. If you are using Tic/Tic32 in different environments on the same
  72. computer (e.g. Windows 95 and Windows NT), you should enable
  73. "fine tuning" only once. To use the feature with Windows NT you 
  74. need the permission to change the system component.

  76.   In this Shareware release, there is no help document.
  77.   So: Try and find out !

  79. If you register (see REGISTER.TXT), you will get a short manual
  80. which also solves the riddle.
